League Format & Key Details
We run 7-a-side and 8-a-side competitions, with two Monday leagues plus one each on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Season & Matches
- 26–39 competitive matches across a 29–46-week season, depending on league size and cup progress.
- Leagues of 7 to 10 teams include 18–27 league matches, typically playing each opponent three times.
- Our cup competitions can add 8–12 more matches.
The season may be extended due to pitch maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances.
Match Format
Matches are 20–22 minutes each half, depending on punctuality. 11-a-side rules apply for a better match experience.
Team Conduct
Players must be sporting and friendly. Troublemakers are not welcome in our competitions.
